STANDARD MODEL
General features :
Fast storage, cheap and effective. Quickly profitable, two possible configurations: standard or small model can store up to 144 crowns

Technical Description :
Mobile chassis mechanically-welded in tubes of 40 x 40 mounted on 4 wheels, with locking.
Joint below and above for excellent rigidity.

Maximum load : 1200 kg
3 storage heights : 700, 1400 et 2100 mm.

To attach the rings, 9 sets of tubes welded on the racks :
- 3 sets in front
- 3 sets in the centre
- 3 sets at the back

All the sets of tubes are actually two tubes, length 200 mm Ø 25 welded face to face.

Number of Racks : 3 per chassis
Total number of tubes (or positions) : 52
On each tube, you can put up to 3 crowns (by width)
Or maximum storage capacity : 156 rings.

MODEL (HEAVY)
Technical Description :
Mobile chassis mechanically welded in tubes of 60 x 30 mounted on 4 wheels with locking.

3 storage height : 700, 1400 et 2100 mm.
To attach the rings, 8 sets of tubes welded on the racks :
- 3 sets in front
- 2 sets in the centre
- 3 sets at the back

All the sets of tubes are actually two tubes, length 200 mm Ø 25(to avoid damaging the wire) welded face to face.

Total number of tubes (or positions) : 48
On each tube, you can put up to 3 crowns.

ESSENTIAL ACCESSORIES
FOR LOADING :
• Stacker of reels on racks.
- Mechanically-welded assemblies with access ramp.
- - 1safety shaft against tipping is bolted to the bottom of the charger. Its position is adjustable to adapt to different models of racks. The fixed part of the blade should not touch this shaft.
- For blade of width 600 mm.
- For maximum reel width 600 and Ø 1050 max.

• Stacker of reels for forklift.
- 2 Independent item custom manufactured to adapt to the forks of your forllift, permitting to load your reels in the rack without any danger of the reel falling..
- Enhanced security with 1 lock on the back of each item.
- The blades must be adjustable in width (different from a rack) with a maximum inner distance at least equal to the maximum width of your reels + 30 mm.
- Custom Made. Specify the sections of the forks of your forklift. We must ensure that the maximum separation of the forks is sufficient.
- Checked and approved by the APAVE approving agency.

FOR GIVING POWER SUPPLY TO THE ROLLERS :
• Electric roller with spring.
- Length of rolling: 20 meters.
- Equipped with a 3 G cable 2.5 mm ² for a voltage of 220 V + E.
- With 1 meter cable to the non-rotating part for easy connection with your supply (expect a connection box of 3 pins).
- Adjustable.
- No stop catch.
- Wall mountable.
- Comes with a brace designed to be fixed at the top of DROUAIRE Racks, adaptation possible to other racks.

• Power supply rail.
- V single phase +Earth or three phase 380 V + neutral + Earth.
